The room I booked was huge and a nice size with a kitchen, single beds, and a microwave. The location was convenient and handy for me with a short walk to the bus stop and tram stop.- It was close to the wetland park.

The staff made unauthorized charges to my American Express account upon my arrival, without informing me. They are still "holding" these charges, without my permission. Consequently, I have had problems with my American Express account. This is unprecedented in my experience, and it is outrageous.

We were upgraded cause the hotel was full

Ginza is a nice and convenient area. about 45 minutes to TsimShaTsui during the day (0530 to midnight or so) is about 14 HKD with octopus card. A per-kilo laundry is available in the mall (second floor next to elevators in the same mall building as the Park N Shop is located). Hotel is also located next to (or 1 city block depending on which tower you are in) the bus depot where you can catch a bus to the airport. There is also a bus to Shenzhen Bay from here. CTS operates buses to Guangzhou from Yuen Long and Tuen Mun which are each two MTR stops from the hotel. We find the area quiet and pleasant for Hong Kong.

Most people going to Hong Kong will not like the distance getting to the traditional sites of Hong Kong such taking the Star Ferry, shopping in Mong Kok 'ladies market', TsimShaTsui [K11] and Central, the night life in Lan Kwai Fong and Wan Chai red-light-district.

The total stay was real good on this holiday. Loved the a nice size and well-equipped room, and the stunning view on the park. A kettle, climate control and an individual safe were there too. Quiet location close to a tram station, that was handy. Ate at Itacho Sushi, it's a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.
